Goods are dispatched within 7-10 working days of the confirmation of your order and payment.Saturday & Sunday are not considered as working days.We use Aircargo, Sea Cargo & Courier services for shipping all our products across the world.
If you have received your order in damage/broken condition, please email us at email@example.com within the next 24 hours. Please arrange to send us couple of images of the damaged item. The images should show clearly the packaging, the item and also the tracking no. Once we receive your request with images, we will send the insurance documents for the claim.
If you were charged more than what you have ordered for, please feel free to ask for refund. Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charges on your credit card or bank account used when the order was processed. Refunds may also be claimed by canceling orders, which are not processed. Other than the above no refunds can be claimed.
Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or taken back.Incase the product is not working,the item should be returned to the below address in the Original packing to enable us to send a replacement.We are not liable for damage in transit on returns.Incase the item is not returned with Original packing,there shall be no refund or return.
The return courier charges will be bourne by the consignee.Replacement courier charges will be bourne by Saptaswara
